　　By daylight, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste are ordinary teenagers. But unbeknownst to their family and friends, the two of them carry a huge secret...using the powers of magical creatures called Kwami, they transform into the superheroes Ladybug and Cat Noir! With a mission to protect the city of Paris from the evil Hawk Moth, the two of them must learn to cope with their new responsibilities, as well as ordinary troubles involving love, school, family, and friends. Most of all, they must learn to put their romantic feelings aside in order to perform their duty, unaware of each other's true identities.
　　The second season premiere is scheduled for a global launch around September–November 2017 in Europe, At a panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2017, it was announced that the second season would have its North American release on Netflix in December 2017, with 13 episodes to be released. KidsClick will start airing season 2 of this show in the US starting 30 August 2018, marking the first time that Season 2 of this show airing on American over-the-air television. A third season is also in development. On 22 January 2018, Zag posted on Instagram that the crew was working on a fourth and fifth season. On 31 August premiered a new series with Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir which this time is in chibi style. On 5 September, 2018, Skydance Media has acquired the live-action film and live-action television rights.

　　劇情設(shè)置在現(xiàn)代巴黎，中法混血的Marinette Dupain-Cheng（瑪麗內(nèi)特·杜平-程）是一個普通的中學(xué)女生，性格有些猶疑羞澀，夢想成為時裝設(shè)計師，暗戀同班的帥氣男生Adrien Agreste（阿德里安·阿格里斯特）。當(dāng)有壞人威脅巴黎時，Marinette化身正義勇敢的英雄Ladybug（瓢蟲），搭檔愛調(diào)戲人的Chat Noir（黑貓），一起打擊邪惡勢力。但Marinette并不知道面具下的Chat Noir正是她一直不敢表白的男生Adrien，而Adrien也不知道自己的暗戀對象Ladybug卻是Marinette。
　　Set in modern-day Paris, the series focuses on a teenage junior high school girl named Marinette Dupain-Cheng and her classmate and crush Adrien Agreste. When evil arises, Marinette becomes a superhero named Ladybug, while Adrien becomes Chat Noir/Cat Noir. Not knowing each other's true identity, the two work together to protect Paris from a villain named Hawk Moth who covets their powers.

　　三谷裳千緒（太空直美 配音）是就讀于鮫島學(xué)園的平凡高中一年級女生，無論是樣貌、性格或是成績，都只能用平平無奇來形容，然而千緒本人非常享受這種低調(diào)閑散的狀態(tài)。在家里，千緒是個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的游戲宅，總是沉迷于各種各樣的歐美角色扮演游戲之中。
　　千緒的家離學(xué)校并不遠(yuǎn)，所以每天千緒都依靠走路上學(xué)，奇怪的是，每一天，在千緒的上學(xué)路上，似乎有什么在冥冥之中阻撓著她抵達(dá)學(xué)校，狀況百出，麻煩不斷，而千緒兵來將擋水來土掩，最終總是能夠化解危機。和千緒一起上學(xué)的，還有和千緒互相嫌棄的青梅竹馬野野村真奈菜（小見川千明 配音）和田徑部王牌細(xì)川雪（本渡楓 配音）等人。

　　故事描繪了20XX年，突如其來的“通往異世界的門”在東京銀座出現(xiàn)，從中涌出來了大量怪物和軍隊。而陸上自衛(wèi)隊在擊退它們的同時，還趕赴了門另一邊的“特區(qū)”。于是，擔(dān)任了第叁偵察隊指揮的二等陸衛(wèi)的宅男伊丹耀司，與幫助被巨大炎龍襲擊的村民們時，與精靈、魔導(dǎo)師和亞神等異世界的美少女們之間產(chǎn)生了奇妙的交流.

故事發(fā)生在一個平凡無奇的夏日午后，繁華的東京銀座街頭，忽然出現(xiàn)了一扇“門”，從門后面，涌出的是人們只在奇幻小說和網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲里所見所聞的法師、騎士和怪物，很快，東京的街頭便成為了他們的戰(zhàn)場，直到自衛(wèi)隊出現(xiàn)才穩(wěn)住了局面。                                    
                               　　這一事件給日本政府帶來了巨大的損失和惡劣的影響，自衛(wèi)隊駐扎在了門的這一邊，對門的那一邊展開了緊鑼密鼓的探索和搜查。更重要的是，那一邊世界的政府，必須要向日本政府作出相應(yīng)的賠償。一場又一場激烈的戰(zhàn)爭在門的交界處上演著，前特殊作戰(zhàn)群隊員伊丹耀司（諏訪部順一 配音）成為了第三特遣隊的隊長，踏上了探索異世界的旅途。
