　　60年代的日本人似乎對這個(gè)大黑猩猩情有獨(dú)鐘，在玩遍了各種哥斯拉的故事之后，依然將金剛的神奇遭遇不停地向人們展示、炫耀。光看他的故事就能讓人嚇一跳：科學(xué)家制造出了一個(gè)機(jī)械金剛，用來在北極挖掘神秘的X元素，與此同時(shí)邪惡的博士綁架了真正的金剛，令其干同樣的活，因此，機(jī)械金剛與原形之間的連番惡斗就在所難免了。

　　寒冷的冬天來到，丹尼爾（Dean Armstrong 飾）、肯妮婭（Jennifer Pudavick 飾）、布麗姬特（Kaitlyn Wong 飾）、讓娜（Terra Vnesa 飾）等一眾青年男女相約去雪山中度假。誰知他們迷了路，來到了一個(gè)完全陌生的所在。寒冷的暴風(fēng)雪即將襲來，眾人無可奈何找到了一幢廢棄的建筑暫時(shí)棲身。從建筑中留下來的資料得知，這里曾是名為格倫威爾的療養(yǎng)院，專門用來收容形容怪異、極度危險(xiǎn)的邊緣人群。早年間療養(yǎng)院放生了一場恐怖血腥的暴亂，最終廢棄不用。
　　青年們在這里縱情歡歌，卻沒想到還有幾個(gè)畸形人住在這里。他們似乎并不歡迎這群不速之客。夜幕降臨，慘無人道的屠殺悄悄展開，青年們迎來了最為恐怖的假期……
